Johan Lundstedt | Biography
.Johan Lundstedt is a Legal Counsel at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). Mr. Lundstedt joined the SCC in 2010 and has since then handled numerous arbitrations under the SCC Rules and the UNCITRAL Rules. He is responsible for one of the three case management teams at the SCC and is currently involved in the drafting of new rules for the use in UNCITRAL arbitrations where the SCC is designated as administrative- or appointing authority.
Prior to joining the SCC, he was a trainee at the EU Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) in Spain, worked as an associate at a Stockholm based firm, and acted as a member of the Swedish representation to the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva, Switzerland.
Mr. Lundstedt holds an LL.M. from Uppsala University in Sweden and has undertaken Post-Graduate studies in international trade law at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
